Refunds & Replacements

We want you to love every bite of your Wondermade marshmallows. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out to us at hello@wondermade.com within 30 days of delivery and our team will help make it right.

Because our marshmallows are perishable food products, we’re unable to accept physical returns. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. 

In many cases, we’re happy to recommend and send replacement flavors so you can discover marshmallows you truly enjoy.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
